PROTORP is a tool to analyse the properties of interfaces in the 3D structures of protein-protein associations.

Data Entry :  

OPTION 1: Enter a single PDB code and chain identifiers of a protein-protein complex: e.g.

OPTION 2: Upload a list of PDB codes and chains in the format.
